Exciting times in the Brewery here at Wicked Elf.
In May 2021 we very warmly welcomed Ryan Nilsson-Linne who headed east from the beautiful Margaret River, (home to no less than 14 craft breweries) to head up production and share his beers with this side of the country.
Whilst staying true to our core range, Ryan is brewing up a host of new brews both for our commercial line and small batches only to be released in the taproom.
Ryan has been brewing for 15 years and brings with him the philosophy that quality can never be compromised for quantity. He also believes that beer is the great equaliser, the maker of wonderful memories and the facilitator of good times. His passion for his craft, humility in his sharing of knowledge, and his quite wicked humour will ensure his tenure at the reigns will be inspired.
Already introducing a delicious Black IPA which is already in can and hitting the streets, along with a couple of small batches available only in the taproom, the Wicked Elf beers are hitting new heights.
Soon to be launched is our new range of “Mischief” by Wicked Elf. A range of tasty sours and flavoured beers, commencing with a rather tart Sub Tropical sour.
Along with fine brews, Ryan is well armed with the gift of the gab and to celebrate the launch of these new beers, in partnership with the Wicked Elf Kitchen, we will be hosting a Beer Degustation Dinner on August 19. 5 courses, matched to beers old and new, a few anecdotes from the brewery and guaranteed conviviality, this will be a great night out. Tickets $75.
The news is also out about our inaugural Home Brew Competition. The Country Brewer and Wicked Elf are joining forces to host “Elf Country” Home Brew Competition.
